TLC  Business Consulting provides expert business consultancy services, which offers business structural transformation to improve company efficiency.
We are currently based at Tapton House as year 1 HND business students, and as part of our progression and development  we have created the company TLC to demonstrate our skills and innovation.

We objectively analyse a business organisational structure to get an insight into the business current needs, capabilities, skills, processes to determine how the business is working and how it can be working more efficiently.
